Stretch Break is an ergonomic software program that helps prevent Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSIs) by gently reminding you to take periodic breaks while using your computer. Every 30 minutes (default) it asks your permission to show the stretches. Full-motion animated figures show you how. Then Stretch Break returns you to your current Windows application. Stretch Break is simple to install and use. With one mouse click, you begin stretching with the on-screen figures. Select how long to wait between stretch sessions and how many stretches per session. Choose sequence and duration of stretches. Select the Standard Timer or the Smart Timer which monitors keyboard and mouse activity to determine the time to the next break. Plays music during breaks. Site licenses are available.

Stretches focus on parts of the body most likely to be harmed by RSIs including the neck, arms, hands, back, legs, and wrists. Also, includes eye exercises.
